Our team:

Nikki White - Director

Nikki White is the director and owner of The Heart Of. She has over 15 years experience as an Executive PA at senior corporate level and is your central point of contact within The Heart Of organisation. She is a member Thought Leaders and regularly attends industry functions to keep abreast of happenings in the industry.

Nikki has had extensive experience working with speakers, facilitators and trainers. She is highly organised, efficient and professional and uses these strengths to successfully train, educate and manage the Virtual Assistants within The Heart Of team. Nikki will always ensure an exact match between the specific needs of the client with the skill set of the Virtual Assistant assigned and oversees quality control at all times.

Clodagh Higgins - Marketing Mentor & Strategist

Clodagh Higgins provides years of International Corporate experience to help our clients develop their Brand Awareness and Profile so they can become more successful, faster. Her passion for people is seen not only in the energy with which she dedicates to her job but in her ability to consistently find the best solution and open new doors for her extensive network of quality business and person contacts.

Clodagh is an experienced Marketing & Sales professional. In her 13 years plus career she has worked with multi-national companies including Sony & Dell as a successful Sales & Account Manager. This proven success and experience allows Clodagh to add real value to our clients business with hands-on assistance in developing brand awareness strategies and business collaborations.

Clodagh also runs her own consulting business as well as a number of small, fast growing internet based businesses. Clients regularly leverage Clodagh's knowledge of the online world, her skills and expertise to establish and accelerate new ventures or support and re-energise existing company offerings.


Juliet McDonald - Bookkeeper

Juliet McDonald provides a professional and reliable bookkeeping service utilising MYOB software.  She has worked in various accounting roles in commercial and financial sectors over the last 15 years. Juliet is in her final stage of completing her degree on Bachelor of Business, majoring in Accounting at University of Technology, Sydney.  She uses her expertise and competence in accounting to prepare accurate accounts and financial statements to assist you in reducing your stress around money.

Philipp Hartle - IT Manager

Philipp Hartle is a Brisbane-based Web Designer with over 6 years experience. He has worked with some of Brisbane’s leading Web Firms at a Project Management capacity, to design, develop, integrate and manage over 100 websites. He provides crisp, clean, and professional Web Design, Integration and IT Support Services for our clients. He provides a premium level of service and ensures that you receive the best possible return on your investment.

Phil is also always on the lookout for new and exciting technology to assist speakers, facilitators and trainers in their specific industry and regularly contributes to our "From The Heart" newsletter with great new-age ideas.
