When you join The Heart Of you will be assigned a Virtual Personal Assistant to work with you as a partner to your business in the manner that best suits you and your working style. Your Virtual Assistant will have access to a wealth of knowledge that comes from niching ourselves into the speaker, trainer, facilitator market and from other Virtual Assistants working within The Heart Of team. They will be able to introduce you to new or more efficient ways of working if and when it is required.

All our Virtual Assistants are exceptional at multi-tasking. They are professional, experienced & organised and will provide services such as:

  • Client & supplier liaison
  • Travel bookings
  • Documentation preparation (workbooks, training manuals, presentations)

  • Creation and maintenance of your own VA procedures manual specific to your business
  • Onsite merchandise sales at events if required or alternatively streamlined procedures for you to sell your own goods
